On my first visit to the club with my friend, we were thoroughly enjoying the music as it was in our native language. However, towards the end of the night, my friend requested a song to wish me luck. To our great surprise, the club staff brought out champagne, which was accompanied by fireworks. The fireworks display was impressive, but to our dismay, we were later charged a hefty amount for it. We never gave our permission for any of this. To add to our disappointment, while the club staff was handling my friend's necklace, they pulled it so hard that it broke. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility for damaging it and shrugged it off as "not their responsibility". So, if you plan on going to this club, be alert and careful to avoid any such surprises.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Room Incident and Negligence I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and concern regarding a highly distressing incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked room 608 and experienced a severe breach of privacy and security. While I was taking a shower, someone entered my room and left the door wide open. Despite reporting this to your front desk, no action was taken, and my request for a written complaint was ignored. To add to my frustration, I returned later that evening to find the room without electricity. As a regular and loyal customer, I find such negligence completely unacceptable. This incident not only violated my privacy but also compromised my safety. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the disregard for guest well-being. I expect an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter, along with a written response addressing the concerns raised. Restoring guest safety and providing a satisfactory resolution is imperative. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate authorities. For the price paid I am satisfied. The location is good, and the female day-time receptionist was efficient and allowed me to check-in early which is always appreciated. That said, the room was above a nightclub of sorts which sounded it's bass speakers until around 2am, but I guess that is to be expected for a low cost hotel. I would have rated 5/5, however the early morning receptionist upon check-out was utterly useless and didn't know or even bother to help me locate the exact bus stop of the A2 airport link which was right around the corner! Literal incompetency. All things considered, I would still recommend though.

I stayed in the hotel twice in November 2022 and even though the hotel is rather dated with worn down amenities and indeed has a loud discotheque on the lower floors I really appreciated a convenient location (10 minutes walk from the airport bus stop, 5 minutes to Corniche), spacious and clean rooms, affordable price, kitchen annex in the room and 24h reception. But my positive review may be affected by the fact that I was always lucky with getting a room on upper floors. On the 7th floor the beat from the club was barely noticeable and on the 10th you could not hear it at all. I was also not expecting luxury so slightly dated facilities were not a problem for me.

When I visit Abu Dhabi this is usually my kind of hotel to stay in. Nice clean and spacious rooms and pocket friendly for those on tight budget.i haven't tried their restaurants yet .I like the view of the city and if you get the room facing the corniche beach
